Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and FlixDrama ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the FlixDrama mobile application (the "App") and related services. FlixDrama is a free informational database for Korean dramas and Asian drama series — similar to IMDB but focused on Asian entertainment.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

No Account Required

FlixDrama does not require user registration or account creation. You can use all features of the App without providing any personal information. Your preferences and browsing history are stored locally on your device.

License and Use Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal device
• Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Browse drama information, watch trailers, and use features available through the App

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer or sublicense your rights under this license

Content and Intellectual Property

FlixDrama is an informational database that displays publicly available information about Korean and Asian dramas. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted video content.

The content displayed in our App includes:

• Drama information (titles, synopses, cast details, ratings) which is publicly available factual information
• Official promotional posters and images released by production companies for promotional purposes
• Official trailers that are publicly available on platforms like YouTube

Our use of promotional materials falls under fair use principles as we use them solely for informational purposes, provide proper attribution, and do not monetize or commercialize the content.

You acknowledge that:

• The informational content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute our database content without authorization
• You may not use any automated systems to access our data

Free Service

FlixDrama is provided completely free of charge. We do not offer paid subscriptions or premium tiers.

• All features and content are available to all users at no cost
• We do not require payment information to use the App
• We reserve the right to introduce optional features in the future, but core functionality will remain free

Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the App
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our database content without permission
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation

Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies. We encourage you to review those terms before using any third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or expectations.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FLIXDRAMA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Any damages resulting from third-party content or services

As FlixDrama is a free service, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlixDrama and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the App

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App will immediately cease
• You must stop using the App and delete it from your devices
• Locally stored preferences will remain on your device until you delete them
• Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may stop using the App at any time by simply uninstalling it from your device.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims seeking injunctive relief. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FlixDrama regarding the App.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights freely.
• Notices: We may provide notices through the App, email, or other reasonable means.

Apple-Specific Terms

The following terms apply to your use of the App obtained from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and FlixDrama only, not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
